What's your style?
I’m all about documenting your event as it naturally unfolds—no stiff poses or forced moments! My goal is to capture the energy, emotion, and details that make your event unique, blending in like an old friend who just happens to have a camera. I’ll give gentle direction when needed but mostly let the day’s story shine through organically.
Do you work with a shot list?
While I’m happy to include any specific must-have shots you have in mind (like team groupings, key speakers, or special moments), I believe the magic happens when I’m free to capture candid, real moments as they unfold. If there’s anything specific you’d like me to focus on, just let me know, and I’ll make it happen without a hitch.
What will we receive?
You’ll get a beautifully curated gallery of fully edited images delivered online, where you can download, share, and even order prints. For most events, you can expect around 100-600 images, depending on the length and type of event. I’ll deliver some sneak peeks within 24 hours, and the complete gallery will be ready in 2–3 weeks.
Do you travel?
Absolutely! Whether your event is local or far away, I’m happy to be there. I’ve captured events in a variety of settings, from intimate gatherings to large-scale productions, and I love the adventure of working in new locations. Let’s make it happen!
Do you recommend a second photographer?
In most cases, a second photographer isn’t necessary—I’m fully equipped to capture the energy and key moments of your event on my own. With careful planning and a focus on the most meaningful details, I can ensure that every important moment is covered.
However, for especially large events with multiple activities happening at once or very large guest lists, adding a second photographer can be a great idea to ensure we don’t miss a thing. If you’re unsure, I’m happy to talk through the specifics of your event and help you decide what’s best!
How do we book you?
Once you’ve decided to move forward, I’ll send over an electronic contract and request a 30% retainer to secure your event date. Once that’s taken care of, we’re officially a team, and I’ll start planning to make sure your event is captured perfectly!
